Responsibilities

  • Support large and / or complex HR programs, advanced reporting, communications, and special projects.
  • Conduct and oversee processing and recordkeeping for various business processes; liaison with HR services teams
  • Ensure accuracy of HRIS system; inputting and auditing data as well as contributing to system enhancements
  • Act as first point of contact for many HR process and procedure questions from employees and managers
  • Prepare HR reporting and input to ad hoc reporting requests
  • Conduct onboarding activities and coordinate training or employee events
  • Collaborate with communication team; coordinate updates for employee messaging, including maintenance of HR intranet. May lead / serve on project committees of various complexity and scope
  • Review HR work processes and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Comply with information security and confidentiality practices
  • Qualifications

  • Related degree, previous HR administration experience or other related experience in an administrative role
  • An interest in data analysis and management information production
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solve where necessary
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills.
  • Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and a can do’ attitude
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when operating within tight timescales
  • Ability to work under limited direction and independently to meet agreed targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialized HR training / certification
  • Knowledge of Workday or other HRIS tools
  • Job and compensation levels depend upon an applicant’s qualifications including the extent of candidate’s relevant experience and other job-related factors and will be determined by hiring supervisors / managers and HR.
