The life of the a Senior Sales Operations Specialist
The Sales team is a major driver of Sendcloud’s growth. This international team needs to operate at max capacity and efficiency.
The 80 person team is expected to double headcount in the upcoming year.
With your strong experience in sales, you know what data insights and metrics are key to monitor. You know the sales process and how automation can bring it to the next level.
You are proactive to support the sales teams and senior sales leadership with relevant automation projects and insights to drive sales efficiency and performance.
You will initiate the projects that optimise our interaction with clients from a commercial viewpoint.
You like problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced scaleup environment. You partner up closely with sales, customer success, marketing teams and other stakeholders.
This is what you do on a daily basis
Launch and take ownership on strategic initiatives for improvements on the sales process
Collaborate cross-functionally along the whole commercial chain to drive sales performance
Update and advise (sales) leadership with insights to guide the sales team
Drive data quality to enable reporting, analytics, sales forecasting and automation
Explore and implement new technologies to support marketing, sales and CSM teams
Enhance communication and transparency across departments and upper management
Assist sales teams in determining customer outreach methods
Monitor and assist with customer retention, sales conversion, etc
Be the leader, build out the commercial team with more sales ops specialists.
Our perfect match has
Strong interest and passion in sales operations
Degree in business, finance, math, or equivalent studies
Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales and / or sales operations
Experience in leading and scaling sales ops teams in a fast moving SaaS environment
Strong analytical skills and logical decision-maker
Able to multitask and work on various projects
Ability to take initiative and show agility
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to working as part of a dynamic team
