Senior Regional Service Manager - Emerging Markets

Tesla is looking for a Senior Regional Service Manager to lead and support our local Service Management and service teams in our Emerging Markets.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering an impeccable service experience to each and every Tesla customer while preparing Tesla Service teams to meet the needs of our Model 3 customers and beyond.

You will play an integral part within the Service organization and will provide reports, training and support to specific regions.

This position reports to the European Service Director.

  • This position can be based anywhere within Europe.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Manage local Service; consolidate statistic and reports and work closely with the European Service Director to improve workflows and procedures
  • Work with Field Service Engineering & Parts Operation team to ensure highest standard of customer service
  • Able to manage and lead at a higher level and build a strong team of Managers
  • Control overall regional spend and when needed propose cost effective solutions
  • Establish training & development opportunities for local Service staff
  • Champion Company behaviors in everything you do
  • Manage business and commercial processes throughout region
  • Continually developing and implementing new process to improve customer experience, service and operational productivity
  • Support the development and setup of new Service locations within your region
  • Requirements :

  • BA / BS degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Leadership experience in leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities within a service-focused industry
  • Strong and proven experience leading field, technical repair or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities
  • Experience running complex processes, change management, using Lean or other techniques
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Technical understanding and acumen
  • Training and Development skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and fluency in another European language is a plus
