As a Digital Marketing Director, you will be digital marketing subject matter expert. You will be responsible for redefining the overall digital outlet shopping experience and for elevating the digital expertise at the centre level.
They are looking for an innovative and experienced Group Digital Marketing Director with a track record for driving overall digital performance from idea to successful delivery in a B2C environment, ideally retail / fashion.
You will be the one formulating and executing a digital customer journey and channel strategy that is targeted, actionable, measurable, and executable.
You will be accountable for the Digital Marketing vision articulation and acceleration, working in strong collaboration with the rest of the group marketing and centre teams.
Areas of focus touch upon further redefining and optimizing the overall digital customer journey, incl. rolling out the digital transformation strategy, implementing a data-driven marketing approach based on customer insights and the seamless integration of the omnichannel project across 8 countries.
You will be in charge for building a strong performing digital team at group (direct reports) and at centre-level (dotted-line reports).
You are expected to work with senior-level stakeholders and hands-on teams to drive execution and ensure overall digital customer satisfaction and growth.

Define and deliver a long-term digital channel strategy to develop the owned, paid and earned digital channels to bring content to life and drive engagement across the different channels of the centres
Roll-out an integrated omnichannel growth program to optimize the customer experience across the lifecycle journey from discovery phase to retention phase
Develop best in class digital media buying principles, marketing funnels, micro-moments & creative requirements to improve channel performance & efficiency at centre level
Establish together with the CRM specialist a digital strategy for the ongoing expansion of Fashion club, our customer loyalty club, in terms reach, acquisition and activation
Leverage customer insights and constantly monitor competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities to recommend strategies and tactics
Analyse customer data insights to improve target group messaging, optimize target group selection, channel selection and media spending
Analyse the centres digital campaigns, give guidance and suggest optimization while maximizing for customer experience and ROI through performance and customer data analysis
Manage, support and review web development and digital marketing agencies at portfolio and centre level and constantly looking for scale of economies.
Constantly measure and improve customer-lifetime metrics by creating unique, customized offers and value propositions, by improving targeting capabilities and acquisition effectiveness
Built and lead a talented team of digital specialists, supporting growth and development to ensure high performance
10+ years of B2C digital marketing experience, with expertise in digital engagement : CRM, WEB, UX, paid media, social media, SEO, content optimization and e-commerce operations ideally within retail / fashion landscape
Expertise in optimizing the digital customer journey with data-driven customer experience focus
A vast understanding of digital with a proven track record of delivering leadership in an ambitious digital growth area
Global working experience in working with centralized and decentralized teams, understanding how to service local markets, especially where the different transaction and customer experience requirements are concerned
Ability to collect, interpret and act upon consumer insight data within digital channels
Proactive leadership, with the ability to define and translate strategic planning into tactical execution, driving multiple projects and take initiatives from concept to implementation - you have a strong sense of urgency and ownership to deliver solid results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a highly collaborative mindset - you listen, seek to understand, facilitate difficult conversations, communicate your vision, and are courageous with differing points of view, balancing perspectives, driving to outcomes.
Self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative and ability to work independently, high energy, and result-oriented proactive execution.
Excellent project management skills - track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
Ability to travel to other European centres from the portfolio on a regular basis
Fluent in English, other European languages considered as a plus
