So you want to know how we hire, well this is the process :

You complete the Neurolympics, we have a call to get to know each other, we schedule an interview if we both are exited, Hired.

Let me tell you more about the neurolympics, we invite you to play the BrainsFirst NeurOlympics! We offer you the possibility to complete a Brain-based Assessment Game (NeurOlympics) which can be used to identify and match talents.

The results of the games provide insights into your brain profile. When you finish the games, you can download your own brain report and get tips for your own future career to use (great development report if I say so myself).

Game on! At least if you dare to play

We do ask a couple of things if you want to play, such as name, e-mail and phone number just so we can get in touch.

But hold on what is the actual job?

Well we are looking for multilingual Customer Service Agents to improve our customer service support on a daily basis to an ever growing base of customers, Did you know we operate in 29 countries worldwide such as the Netherlands, Germany, France, the Nordics, Australia, America and many more.

So what will you be achieving :

  • You will help customers as a second line of support. This means that when the first line can’t help the customer the way we expect them to be helped, your talents will be needed;
  • You will perform administrative duties to make sure all noses are pointed in the same directions and we can all see what steps have been taken;
  • You will keep track of our Sales platforms like Amazon and Ebay to make sure no questions will go unanswered;
  • You will answer emails and perform outbound calls to our customers.
  • Hold on. Don’t we have any requirements ? Yes we have a couple :

  • Ofcourse you need to be fluent in the Swedish language so as to help our Swedish speaking customers to the best of your ability.
  • English would be good to talk to your colleagues;
  • Experience in working with customers would help you a lot.
  • That is it? Yes, that is it. The rest we will teach you, or at least the great team surrounding you will.

    Sounds to great to be true, well, this is actually it!

    You might wonder what we will do for you . This is only fair. So :

  • A competitive salary between 1800 and 2000 euro's , based on language level and experience ;
  • 23 vacation days;
  • Pension plan;
  • 20% discount on all vidaXL products;
  • Travel allowance of 0,19 cents tot a max of 60km on way (excl. the first 10 km).
  • About the Neurolympics

    You can play the games on a desktop, laptop or tablet with a stable Wi-Fi connection, preferably on the latest version of Google Chrome browser as this is the most stable browser at the moment.

    Being prepared is half the job done. Please keep the following in mind :

  • The test takes 45 minutes , that is all we ask instead of you writing a new resume!
  • Make sure you are sharp / alert and can focus on the games for a longer period (quiet environment)
  • Switch off your phone and limit other distractions
  • Turn off the notifications on your computer / tablet (like Whatsapp / Email / Social media )
  • Read the instructions per game carefully :

  • Game 1 be as accurate as possible
  • Game 2 use the diagonal cannons as much as possible
  • Game 3 & 4 above all : be as quick as possible without making too many mistakes
