Close partner to the Boutique Managers of Amsterdam City, you contribute to the overall success of both boutiques by upholding Maison compliance and achieving operational excellence.
Your experience allows you to manage the operational and administrative aspects of the boutiques, enhancing performance of the Back Office Team, the client experience, and a positive boutique environment.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
For boutique operations activities, you :
Oversee all operational activities of the boutique (back office and administration)
Ensure proper understanding and execution of all Maison policies and procedures within the boutique
Guarantee the application and reliability of all financial procedures
Are the warrant of the accuracy of the cash-desk reports
Guarantee the application of all stock procedures
Ensure the optimal model stock at all time and an efficient daily stock management
Are responsible for all inventories (annual counts, cycle counts and spot counts)
Actively work with the Management team to think of new ways of working in your domain and in our customer flows to reduce the client waiting time, improving the client facing time and the perception of such time
Are responsible to come up with the right KPI’s to optimize operations
Are in charge of the yearly boutique audit and the security audit
Are responsible to all the operations related to Ecom / Omni Channel / New Retail within the boutique
Oversee the boutique maintenance liaising & creating strong bonds with the Store Design Team
For people development, you :
Motivate and support the Back Office Administrative team
Ensure an efficient onboarding and induction of newcomers of administrative boutique team
Conduct regular team meetings, ensuring that the team is aware and compliant of all operational requirements
Ensure all administrative team members have sets of individual objectives matching the boutique and the market ambition
Participate to the evaluation of the individual performance and identify members with potential, ensuring a singular and adapted development plan
Act as an inclusive leader to ensure every team member is respected and has a voice
Lead by example contributing to all boutique shifts, including morning, evening or week-end shifts
Are responsible to create his direct team schedule based on commercial needs
You also :
Participate in the definition of the boutique strategy and vision hand in hand with the Boutique Management.
Guarantee the implementation of the boutique action plans, realizing regular monitoring
Understand and are aware of future trends of the luxury industry

Previous SAP experience preferred
