In this role :
The Marketing Director - Cloud / Data / AI will develop the strategy and plan for our cloud / data / AI initiatives, in partnership with Innovation, businesses and markets.
This will require a solid understanding of customer needs and the consolidation of that into the broader strategy and offering of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) and Philips.
Your efforts will form the foundation for marketing and innovation to move forward in a clearly articulated where to play and how to win plan to deliver the IGT Cloud and Data strategy and develop and deploy the AI solutions to our customers.
You are responsible for :
Owning, determining and developing the customer centric Cloud / data / AI strategy and plan that serves as a map for the IGT cluster to execute on
Embedding cloud / data thinking and planning in the Cluster and marketing strategy with an entrepreneurial and business development mindset, via cross-functional collaboration with strategy, marketing, innovation and our research teams
Leveraging inputs from businesses, customers and markets to help shape the strategy
Collaborating with strategy team on Partnerships and Ventures and expand external partners collaboration and participation in cloud / data propositions
Representing and providing leadership for cloud / data / AI work in the HS Portfolio teams, which includes Business Model innovation as part of the IVP work
Partnering closely with the Innovation organization as part of Innovation 2025, and drive the development of cloud capability
Facilitating cross-learning / knowledge flow, enable best practice sharing and run Community of Practice for cloud / data.
Building knowledge (including benchmarking) and capabilities to enable a cloud / data mindset adoption (culture change)
Supporting continuous process improvement to embed a data and AI mindset in our marketing processes to standardize our digital way of working

The IGT Marketing team and will report into the Head of Marketing - Image Guided Therapy.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
Minimum of a Master’s Degree (MBA desired)
Extensive Marketing experience in an international high tech business environment , preferably in Health tech.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience leading and / or driving global, cross-functional programs in the cloud / data / AI fields
Experience and knowledge in the fields of cloud and data will be highly valued
A self starter who also enjoys a challenge
Getting energy from working with and learning from others
A strong entrepreneurial and business development mindset will be beneficial
Ability to work across multiple business domains, and markets to drive, support and realize business goals
Proven ability to facilitate cross-learning, knowledge flow, implement / evangelize best practices and sustain changes preferably in a digital business environment in healthcare
Effective communication, listening and influencing abilities
Strong strategic / critical thinking skills with decision-making judgment
Adept at handling complexity and ambiguity
