Define & contribute significantly to the development of custom demo boards
Identify business opportunities for RF Power product amplifiers with our defined focus accounts
Work with our internal organization to ensure that we develop the right RF power products for our focus accounts
Design the PCB demo board on ADS and realize measurement on the laboratory
Technically support our customers to ensure a successful integration of our products in the customer environment
Be the key interface between the customers and the development teams (together with marketing)
Take the full responsibility and accountability of the customer technical support to make his product fulfilling the expected specification
Monitor new architecture developments on the market and propose solutions to address them (e.g. small cells, 4.5G, 5G)
Technically support product training of field sales team and distributors so that they are competent to discuss our products with customers
10 years of experience in RF application support for the power amplifiers
In-depth RF power product and application knowledge
Good project management skills to be able to coordinate required activities for a successful design-in at the customer
Good knowledge in ADS and HFSS software
Good communication skills with the customer and all layers of the organization, both verbal and written in English.
Solid experience with RF laboratory equipment and measurement techniques, including APD / DPD linearization systems
Good capacity of organization to facilitate the creation of opportunities to the customers
Knowledge of IC technology, LDMOS & GaN processes will be a plus
Solid teamwork experience involving multiple sites
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the relevant technical discipline (RF / Electronic / Telecom).
