To keep up with our rapid growth we are looking for a Product Owner.
As a Product Owner you are responsible for one of our brand new products. As such, you are responsible for the P&L of the product and the linking pin between product, management, marketing, UX design and development.
You are in charge of the product roadmap and backlog and make sure the team is managed agile. You are responsible for the product, make it awesome!
Tasks and responsibilities
Interface with stakeholders to develop and refine the vision and strategy
Responsible for the revenue, profit and loss of your product(s)
Establish and maintain a quarterly budget and product roadmap
Define, prioritize and communicate requirements and user stories together with the different stakeholders
Maintain the product backlog and be aware of the progress and remove impediments to maintain productivity
Actively communicate the roadmap of planned features for your team(s) stakeholders
Keep management informed of progress and status of all assigned projects and initiatives
Keep pace with industry trends and developments
Is accountable for what is agreed to work within a sprint
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner
Must have a strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive
Understanding of the agile processes and methodologies
Knowledge and affinity with IT software development
Experience in managing a product team up to 10 members
Proven ability to translate ideas and vision into product definition and requirements (define and document project scope)
Speaks intelligently on the technical processes and can communicate clearly to non-technical employees and clients
Ability to prioritize effectively
A team-player, who appreciates strengths from other team members
Initiative is your middle name
Interest for sports / football is a big plus
We do not offer relocation for this position
A remote way of working is not possible
