The Product Supply Analytics Specialistsupports the EMEA Vegetables Product Supply organization through identifyingand improving its operational excellence in Plant Operations & Quality,using a data-
driven approach as foundation. You will be working together in ateam with multiple analytics specialists. Each team member focusses on specificfunctional area within Product Supply, but together as team you will createinsights to benefit the supply chain as a whole.
This role 1) analyses processes usingdata and advanced analytics, 2) constantly looks for data-driven improvement opportunitieswithin the function and cross-
functionally, in order to facilitate next stepsand 3) will leverage the knowledge of its (extended) team members and otherresources to grow and promote the use of data in ever smarter and effectiveways.
Data stewardship;Understands and manages the integrity of information and ensures that the rightdata is selected and ensures that control systems are in place to reduce the failurerate as a result of (unintentional) misuse of (erroneous) information
Data-to-insight; Is an expert in dataextraction, rationalization and analytics to get insight in processes withinProduct Supply.
Uses these insights to 1) help leadership in making businessdecisions and 2) to support projects across the Product Supply organization andbeyond
Advanced analytics; Scouts and adoptsnew / advanced tools to continuously optimize effectivity and efficiency of theProduct Supply Analytics Team
Additionalresponsibilities : Acts as project manager for high profile projects and acts asPower User, this includes training of Key Users in the function

Technical skills; has stronganalytical skills, supported by an excellent understanding of all relatedbusiness systems and tools (e.
g. SAP, BO / BI, Spotfire, MS office, R, AdvancedAnalytics Tools).

Plus 3 years of experiencein data management and analytics
Plus 3 years of knowledgeof various parts of the supply chain and the larger business
Experience in working in aninternational (matrix) environment with cross-functional influences
Expert in working withseveral Data extraction-, Data manipulation- and Data visualization tools
Very strong analytical skills. LEANor 6 Sigma certified with statistics background
A successful track record as project manager is a plus
Master of Science in thearea of technological economics / technology management, bioinformatics or econometry
Proficient in English
