Royal Dutch Gazelle is market leader in high quality electric and lifestyle bicycles in the Netherlands. Founded in 1892 and headquartered in Dieren, the Netherlands, we design and manufacture in house, over 300.

000 bicycles each year for both our domestic and export markets.

Royal Dutch Gazelle is part of a bigger group Pon.Bike.

Due to expansion within our group, we are looking to strengthen our Sales team, and have two positions we are currently recruiting for.

Account Manager Northern UK and Account Manager Southern UK.

About the job :

With the support of the Manager Sales International, it’s your mission to :

  • Promote Gazelle to our network of partners
  • Develop and optimize our position in your dedicated region
  • Achieve the commercial goals that are set for the UK
  • Build relationships with your dealers by regular visits
  • Provide on a monthly basis an overview of your activities and your plans to reach your goals
  • Collect market information and report on essential topics
  • Be able to build and execute a prospecting plan
  • Manage the preorders and the restocking during the season
  • Represent Gazelle during the most important bicycle events

    Your qualifications :

  • First of all, it's important that you are living in the Northern or Southern part of the United Kingdom, we are looking for 2 Account Managers;
  • one will be responsible for the Northern regions and one for the southern.

    Further you have :

  • A proactive, an inborn door-opener’ and a real relationship builder frame of mind
  • Strong communication skills and super eager to make the difference
  • Understanding of the UK Cycle Industry is a must.
  • Good Knowledge of Bicycles
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Sales role
  • Preferably several years of experience in the bicycle industry
  • Great passion for cycling
  • English skills, both verbal and written
  • To participate in a few weekend events a year (Product launches, Shows and demo events ...)
  • No problems to spend a few overnight stays during your weekly business trips
