The role

The Operations Delivery Lead - ServiceNow is responsible for service delivery excellence, framework, design, and constant improvement of ServiceNow for Service Operations.

With your experience, you will provide input into the global vision and strategy for service delivery at SoftwareONE.

As the Operations Delivery Lead, you will design and develop the internal and external customer experience with SoftwareONE’s ServiceNow platform.

As the owner of the platform domain, you provide strategic direction, capture business requirements, provide governance and standards, and lead through implementation plans ensuring positive customer experiences.

You will work in close alignment and collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the services organization, business IT, and, where required, our customers.

What we need to see from you

  • Ability to effectively lead people, including when no direct reporting line exists
  • Effective coordination & collaboration amongst teams as well as in projects
  • Able to learn quickly and keep pace with rapid changes in the ITSM, including the introduction and deployment of services, platforms, or tools
  • Possess working knowledge of general principles of IT Industry Standards would be an advantage (ITIL, Agile)
  • Confident individual that’s highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Strong project management experience
  • Advanced business process analysis skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Advanced business writing skills
  • Ability to articulate the business value on complex solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and methodical approach
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Obtain and maintain vendor certifications
  • Professionally fluent in English
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification
  • Practical experience with ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence is nice to have
  • ITIL V3 Foundations certification required
  • In-depth experience with technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Teams, Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Project Management Tools such as Microsoft Project or Excel.
