To support efficiently the expansion of ENGIE Impact in EMEAI regions, and bring the highest standard of consulting services to ENGIE Impact’s clients in Europe we are looking for Senior Manager profiles.
Senior Manager Level
As a Senior Manager , you will be responsible for managing complex
projects, originating new business, bringing differentiated ideas, developing
new offers and bringing value to the client.
Your role must be performed in full compliance with the ENGIE Impact’s standards in terms of Quality / Safety / Legal / Ethics.
You will be more particularly in charge of :
Contribute actively to Business Development for the B2B and B2T segments
Contribute actively in client prospection in Dutch speaking regions.
Develop new offerings in line with market trends and client insights
Oversee and coordinate proposal response activities from proposal delivery to contract finalization)
Ensure profitability of the commercial offers
Participate to oral presentation of proposals
Oversee delivery and drive value of several engagements
Set project strategic direction and foster innovation
Coordinate project streams and manage project managers
Monitor project financials
Monitor value delivery along project
Intervene at strategic meetings and milestones for the project
Provide convictions and recommendations to Client ExCom
Develop internal assets and capabilities
Bring expertise for other client project, acting as SMEs
Develop best practices around internal knowledge sharing, pitching offers to other teams, sharing business insights with your team
Develop talents by involving in training sessions and mentoring people
Identify opportunities to develop internal capabilities and assets
Qualifications - Do you tick all the boxes?

You speak Dutch and English fluently.
You have at least 8 years of experience in consulting, advisory and sustainability.
Experience with B2B and B2T clients is key.
You are strongly aware of environmental issues and willing to contribute actively to sustainable transition, leveraging your knowledge on latest energy solutions and your business strategy skills.
You have a hands on mentality.
You have strong advisory skills : capacity to drive innovation in your client projects, to influence strategic decisions and to provide innovative solutions to address client issues.
You have strong project management skills and are experienced in managing large projects : mastery of project management tools, project methodologies certification
You have strong Business Strategy skills including Financial Analysis.
You are recognized for your Interpersonal skills and relationship building : capacity to develop intimacy with C-level, collaborative spirit, capacity to develop and leverage your network, capacity to work in multicultural team, you have leadership among your team.
You have the capacity to develop talents and mentor people.
You are committed to deliver high value to your client.
Office location : Brussels (flexible way of working)
This position requires experience in Strategic Consulting.
