who you are
You have a completed MBO education;
you are analytical, customer-oriented and have good communication skills;
you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing;
you have knowledge of accounting standards and legal requirements related to financial processes;
you can work well with MS Excel.
what will you do
You ensure that questions / issues from business customers are quickly sorted out and answered from the frontline. You have contact with business customers by email and not by phone;
you provide professional and quality customer service in accordance with established DHL standards;
you log questions quickly and accurately in the ERP system;
you ensure that customer questions are structurally addressed so that they do not occur again;
you manage the customer escalation process when it occurs;
you act as an expert in the field of invoicing within debtor administration.
