Welcome to our team

Our NL Animal Health manufacturing division is part of the global our manufacturing division and manufactures and packs animal health products.

Operational Excellence is a Center of Excellence and provides support in the transformation to build world class supply processes across the Boxmeer, de Bilt and Cologne (D) sites.

The transformation is built on Lean and Six Sigma principles, designed in our Production System. The position requires strong Lean Six Sigma and Change Management skills and offers a great opportunity for people who have the ambition to develop further in Lean Six Sigma, Change and Project Management.

Main tasks

  • Develop knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Inclusion and Change Management and transfer this knowledge into the organization through setting the standard, teaching, coaching and leading by example;
  • Assure effective application of Lean, Six Sigma, Inclusion and Change Management concepts by demonstrating them in improvement initiatives and by coaching sponsors and practitioners.
  • Lead and support site-wide strategic initiatives and complex cross-functional investigations on business issues;
  • Collaborate with peers in the company’s network to share best practices and to liaison with the global MPS, Inclusion and Change Management communities;
  • actively benchmark both within and outside our company;
  • Use benchmarks, metrics and data to identify, analyze and prioritize business problems and opportunities;
  • Support the site and Integrated Process Teams / Centers of Excellences in achieving their business results by initiating, leading and participating in business improvement initiatives.
  • Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree and a shown, academic working level;
  • At least 5 years’ experience with Lean Six Sigma, both conceptual and hands on;
  • Proven Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills;
  • Ability to drive for behavioral changes; Change Management skills;
  • Certified Black Belt or willing to achieve Black Belt certification;
  • Strong project management skills & proven ability to manage complex projects;
  • Customer focused, strategic thinking, process oriented and data driven;
  • Passion for Continuous Improvement;
  • Strong Dutch and English communication skills (verbally and written).
