We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our international team based in Amsterdam, dedicated to our customer base.

You would specifically be responsible for retention and expansion of our Dutch Webfleet customers.

Here is a little taste of your challenge :

Be responsible for your own customer portfolio in terms of Customer Experience, Adoption, Churn & Revenue growth.

Own the complete customer life-cycle of on-boarding, adoption, expansion and renewal of your customers.

Inspire customer engagement and track long term business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Sales Support, Customer Support, Service Partners, Marketing and Sales to raise customer loyalty and ensure an all-round exceptional customer experience.

  • Actively participate in improving processes and procedures;
  • Be the "Voice of the Customer" towards the rest of the organization.

    What do we expect from you?

    To be successful as a Customer Success Manager, this is the kind of profile we have in mind :

    4+ years of experience in a client service / customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Management, Account Management.

    You are fluent in Dutch and English.

    Excellent communication, negotiation and critical thinking skills.

    You have experience working in a high-volume role where prioritization is critical.

    Commercially minded with experience driving upsell / cross sell revenue growth.

    A passion for your customers / Ambassador of customer centricity.

    You are an emphatic listener and understand the goals of our customers.

    History of working with Salesforce is a plus.
