You and your team will work closely with the IHC business units to provide talent development solutions across the organisation.
You are the primary partner of business leaders and HR business partners in setting global talent development priorities and designing integrated solutions.
You will lead consistent and high-quality implementations of the processes, guidelines and priorities of talent management and talent acquisition, with a close link to learning and development and the centres of expertise for reward and change.
You will deliver business value by partnering with HR and business leaders in designing their integrated people strategy in line with their business strategy, helping provide analysis and key recommendations regarding their leaders, employees and organisation.
You focus on organisational effectiveness and support a culture of inclusion and diversity, in order to enhance organisational growth and build the capabilities that meet the needs of the business and help it to grow profitability, with innovation and customer focus at the forefront.
In addition, you will nurture high-performing employees that serve the business in the best and most cost-effective way.
You are a key internal consultant to help leverage key global processes (eg talent review and 9-grid’), specific regional / business / functional initiatives (eg strategic sourcing of diverse talent) and lead the recruitment team to increase employer branding, and identify, screen and engage with suitable candidates for IHC’s business units.
You will use state-of-the-art strategies and self-recruitment technologies to successfully source candidates. Furthermore, you will design strategies to engage and retain employees within the IHC organisation.
You will also personify the values of IHC (commitment, partnership, innovation), be a member of the HR leadership team, and act as the primary point of contact for services coming into the business from the CoE Talent.
