Bell Helicopter Supply Center BV is seeking for a Sr. Administrative Accountant in Customer Support and Services (CSS).
This role is focused on the expansion of the Accounting Department due to the creation of a European Administration. Bell has 3 facilities in Europe, Rotor Blades Ltd in the UK and Bell Prague in the Czech Republic and its European headquarters in Badhoevedorp.
The position is based in Badhoevedorp, The Netherlands.
You will work very closely with the Assistant Controller.
Responsibilities include :
Coding & Posting Bank Statements, for all European entities
Coding & Posting AP invoices for all all European entities
Reconciliation of General Ledger
Maintain control of Account Receivable & Account Payable
Reconciliation of Intercompany transactions
Communicate directly with existing commercial and government customers in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR) regions.
Education Requirements :
MBO level, studying for HBO is preferred.
Position Requirements :
Minimum experience of 3 years in maintaining an administration
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English required
Experience with maintaining an Inventory administration
Czech Language is a plus
Knowledge of ISO is a plus
Experience with SAP is a must
Experience with an Inventory administration is a plus
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
