The opportunity

As an Inside Sales at Teamleader, you will autonomously advise small to medium-sized businesses about their software. Together, our goal is to understand how those entrepreneurs currently work -

and help them become more efficient. With our all-in-one-tool, we have the power to help them work smarter.

Want to know a secret? 90% of businesses in the Netherlands are small / medium-sized, and for the most part, they don’t simplify work as much as they could.

  • Since 2012, we’ve been helping them with our all-in-one solution : a clear contact database, shared calendars, effective project management, streamlined online invoicing.
  • At Teamleader, sales isn’t what you know it to be. Collectively, we help, advise and show entrepreneurs the future. Once you join, we’ll focus on training, coaching, and educating you.

    Your Role

    Most of the time, Teamleader is their first step to digitisation; so we really make a difference - you'll be one of the happy few that can make this happen.

    After you bounce into the beautiful, WeWork office and grab a coffee (or one of the two thousand choices for water), you’ll be :

    Inspiring and guiding potential customers. These businesses want to digitise, and are looking for advice in doing so.

    Building relationships with the entrepreneurs you’re talking to, becoming their trusted advisor.

    Leveraging your authentic personality and our tried-and-tested training program to establish trust and help entrepreneurs make exciting decisions

    Scheduling demonstrations of our product, to help them see their future way of working.

    Once you’ve gained the right experience and skills, a promotion to Account Executive will be on the horizon.
