WHAT YOU'LL BE IN CHARGE OF

Working as a Logistics Agent in the Logistics team at NewMotion means ensuring that the products that we sell are delivered to our customers or installation partners in time and in full.

We do this by maintaining a good relationship with our logistics partner, monitoring the order process and overseeing the deliveries.

All with the ultimate goal to service our customers with the best possible experience. The Logistics Agent is responsible for performing a wide variety of logistics related and administrative tasks to support our international Logistics processes.

THIS IS HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

Coordinating and planning of proper delivery of orders to both our customers and our installation partners throughout Europe

Administratively processing all national and international orders that pass through our CRM and ERP systems

Answering customer questions related to delivery of orders

Answering internal and / or customer questions by email or phone related to inventory or specifics regarding their order or shipment.

Maintaining daily contact with our Logistics Partner(s)

Leading NewMotion’s Charge Cards / Fobs processing and delivery

Measure Customer Satisfaction by owning the NPS reporting

THIS IS WHO YOU ARE

  • A Bachelor’s degree (HBO 1 year work experience, or WO starter)
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of / demonstrable interest in developments in the market
  • Creation and management of Return orders and Return shipments
  • Ability to work with standard office packages : Word, Excel and Powerpoint or similar
  • Experience with Salesforce and / or Navision is an advantage
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and can work independently
  • Structured and accurate
  • Able to work in a result-oriented way and always keep the end goal in sight
  • Able to distinguish main lines and details from each other and set the right priorities
