As you Records Bureau Delivery Manager / IT-specialist will be responsible for these key deliverables :
Manage data disposition process in divestment projects
Creation and maintenance of project specific databases, forms, report, tools etc. in order to track and perform data transfers between GSK and external parties.
Creation of a jointly agreed (between GSK and Buyer) project specific data transfer plan or any required divestment documentation
Perform data transfers between companies, using agreed transfers mechanisms ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide guidance & training to the business involved on Data Disposition principles and data transfer process
Archiving and agreed retention of project specific records
Act as primary point of contact for GSK Records Bureau supporting internal and external requests for data where an Information Access Agreement (IAA) has been set up between GSK and Buying or divesting company ensuring contractual obligations
Support changes to existing process or creation of new process as per feedback provided by business or divestment functions
Bringing innovative ideas or solutions (IT / process) to streamline process or increase efficiency
Should be able to act as backup for the Data Disposition lead (when required)
Experienced in managing stakeholders from different geographies and organizations
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
5 to 15 years of IT support, issue and problem management, customer relationship management
Scientific / pharmaceutical / vaccines industry experience
Technical experience in Data Disposition process
Preferred Qualifications :

Ability to plan, manage and lead cross-functional projects
Excellent communication skills and able to explain complex situations
Good understanding of data disposition process in divestment, Merger and or acquisition projects.
High level of (time-limited) problem-solving mindset including however not limited to Data Disposition.
Proven capability in delivering and embedding new ways of working
Proven ability to clearly convey information orally and in writing (technical documentation, presentations to business stakeholders, etc.
to audiences with varied and sometimes limited technical knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with peers, colleagues, management and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
