What you’ll do
As a listed company, we have high standards for the quality of our business processes. In your role as Business Risk Manager, you direct, challenge and advise the management to document and implement operational processes, procedures and policies in a uniform manner, while monitoring the link with our strategic objectives.
You support management in identifying and mitigating risks and analyze incidents. You also guide external auditors and certifying parties such as ISO and PCI-DSS.
You are able to understand CM.com’s ambition and strategy, identify gaps and weaknesses in the operation and drive plans for improvement.
With your in-depth knowledge and relevant experience you give an energetic drive to our process organization and risk management.
As Business Risk Manager, you will be part of the Risk team, that is located in Breda, our Headquarters. You will be working alongside the Head of Risk & Compliance, Information Security Officer, Compliance Manager, Fraud Manager and Internal Auditors.
