About this role :

Samsara is looking for a smart, ambitious Sales Operations Specialist interested in helping steer our fast-growing IoT startup.

Working under a senior management team that has successfully built and exited a billion-dollar business, you will help ensure the success of our EMEA sales org.

We are seeking people with a passion for helping others, who are eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a direct impact on our growth.

Proven problem solving and communication skills are required. This position is based in our London office (preferred), however also we will also consider candidates based remote in UK or Netherlands.

In this role, you will :

  • Provide comprehensive operational support to sales organization, including but not limited to account and opportunity management, and support case responses
  • Solve time-sensitive sales pain points in the moment to get deals across the line
  • Own enforcement sales processes and policies
  • Work cross-functionally to support sales deals
  • Help administer sales tools, including Salesforce
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
  • Minimum requirements for this role :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of previous Sales Support, or equivalent, experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Excel (data analysis, pivots)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfort working under time pressure
  • Ability to multitask and organize multiple priorities at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • LI-Remote
