is an international company. They strive to be the best in their industry at providing, buying and selling solutions to their electronic manufacturing customers.

Responsibilities :

The Regional Manager, who also acts as Sales Manager, is heading up a new divison (in some other countries). This means more pressure and workload for him.

At the moment he is drowning and he has agreed to look for a Personal Assistant who will really become his right hand. This is a completely new position and that means you get the freedom to give shape to this great position together with the Regional Manager.

This nice Manager needs help with :

  • Planning and structure;
  • Proactive calendar management; schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings;
  • Provide administrative support; mail, phone calls, enquiries & requests;
  • Facilitate and arrange travel;
  • Manage and submit expense reports;
  • Help with presentations (powerpoint);
  • Recruitment; organizing interviews, dealing with recruiters, advertise vacancies;
  • Social Media;
  • Coordinate training programs for new employees;
  • Organize some of the customer orders and shipments;
  • Support the complete commercial proces of serveral accounts.
  • The Regional Manager is not used to having a Personal Assistant, this will be the first time, how nice? You can raise him a bit and he clearly sees that you can only do your job well if he gives you that responsibility and space.

    Fast thinking and fast acting, very driven and hard worker, combined with humor characterizes this manager.

    Requirements :

  • Appropriate degree and minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced international environment;
  • Driven and very motivated hard worker; you strives for the best;
  • Can work under high pressure;
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and in writing;
  • Punctuality, adaptability, business acumen and professionalism;
  • And besides all this you are friendly and have some humor;
  • You are available for 24 hours per week;
  • Live in the surrounding of Amsterdam.

    Great, new position! 24 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, but flexible if your prefer other days). Salaris between 3.500 - 4.200 euro based on 40 hours.
