Working in collaboration with your stakeholders, and with the support of the European Tech Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for delivering on the companies hiring goals for the foreseeable future. You will :
Lead the end to end delivery of all recruitment campaigns for the Amsterdam technology teams.
Collaborate with Stakeholders to deliver effective recruitment campaigns.
Partner and collaborate with Stakeholders to create Candidate First hiring experiences.
Utilise a combination of sourcing, compelling copywriting, and community engagement to build engaged hiring funnels.
Keep accurate candidate details and ensure ATS and TRM is maintained at all times, in compliance with EU GDPR requirements.
Build relationships with peers across the Disney TA Centre of Excellence, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Collaborate with local HR teams to continually improve / refine onboarding processes for new team members.
Provide ongoing insights around local market trends relating to the technology sector.
Contribute to ad-hoc and ongoing TA / HR projects. This will include all community activities like blogs, meetups, and conferences as well as our local D&I commitments.
Seek out opportunities for improvement, both personally and within the TA function.
Be an ambassador for the business at community events, showcasing the company EVP.
Basic Qualifications :
Experience recruiting Software Engineers, preferably Front End and Mobile.
Extensive experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing / recruitment plans.
Experience using a broad range of social media tools / channels for sourcing and showcasing Employer Brand and EVP.
Expertise in Boolean and / or Semantic searching.
Regular engagement with the wider tech community.
Experience in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm.
Familiarity working with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Preferably, some Internal Recruitment experience.
