Location : Netherlands

As a Social Media Specialist supporting the EMEA region , you will be a voice for Poly and bring a personal touch to each interaction with customers on our branded social channels.

As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will work closely with our business segment, theater / regional marketing leads and external agency partners in order to execute our content marketing and social community engagement programs.

Social Media Content Development & Engagement : You will be responsible for engaging with our customers and fans across the key social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.

You work in coordination with Corporate Communications team to develop and maintain a social content calendar and influencer activations for the EMEA region that aligns with our global and regional marketing and product introduction initiatives.

Event Support : You will develop the social media content and influencer engagement plans for strategic alliance partner events, industry trade shows, executive speaking opportunities and corporate sponsored events in the EMEA region.

When needed, you will attend the events to capture social media content, live-tweet executive speaking sessions and amplify our presence in order to maximize the value of our attendance and sponsorships.

What you'll bring to us

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing communities or professional social media role strongly preferred
  • Sound social media and community strategy mindset, including committed personal experience and contributions across multiple social media channels strongly preferred
  • A combination of education and experience in a marketing position
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing
  • Ability to grasp how community, content and the social web align with wider business goals
  • Building relationships with key members of the community and influencers
  • Discipline to work projects to deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative writer
