In this role you will be accountablefor the overall Technology Reliability Operations, strategic direction,portfolio, and oversight of all 5 SV manufacturing sites and the primary ITpartner for the plant leadership team with overall accountability of planttechnology product roadmap, portfolio and investment strategy, aligned toBusiness Segment and IT strategy.

Drives multiple alignment & processstandardization initiatives across PL with significant degree of independentdecision making, delivering clear measurable outcomes across entire PL.

Motivate change throughout PL and IT & Business Partners!Keyresponsibilities include : Product Strategy : Drive growth and enable differentiating SC capabilities ascompetitive advantage through innovative technology solutions.

DriveStandardization to one template across all SV manufacturing sites.Sets clear vision for product and responsible for 0-5 years product strategy.

Ensures Plant Product Roadmap alignment with Business strategic roadmap for the segment, understand the business’s needs and priorities of product.

Drives Harmonization across sites within the segment digital maturity, business process & technology standardizationMaximizes ROI by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business valueEnsures every local product mapped to standard product category to drive business value thru standardization and optimization.

Accountable for Cybersecurity / TLM strategy roadmap incorporated into segment product roadmapContinuous learning mentality of the latest technology trends and instituting innovative thinking / approach throughout the organization.

Builds External partnerships - Gartner, KPMG, other industry specialistsBusiness Relationship Management : Plays a key partner role to the SV Make platform businessleadership, and partners with SV BTL.

Represent SC-BT with key Supply Chainpartners. Work across the senior Site business leaders to set / influence supplychain strategy and ensure strategic SC-BT alignment and partnership.

Partnerswith supply chain business functions to shape and deliver business capabilitiesfor the site while ensuring reliable, compliant, and secure environment.

Possesses in depth knowledge about the business areas supported including their strategies, driven environment, functional processes, and organizational dynamics.

Drives Site strategy and addresses customer feedbackSingle Point of Contact for Site Business Leadership and technology partners.

Communicates effectively and proactively with Site LT / teams & cross -functional teams. Partnership with External Manufacturing as applicableCollaborates Across IT TS, PLs, Segment, Segment Make BTLs, RD&E, ISRM to drive outcomesEnsures that SLAs are accurately defined, aligned, and met.

  • Partners with SCSS on joined strategic outcomes.Responsible for continuous process improvement at the site in both technology and process capabilitiesPortfolio : Shape and ensure efficient and effective delivery of thecapabilities to the site that build business value in an agile way;
  • and isaligned with segment, IT, and enterprise imperatives. Accountable for Product features roadmap / deployments. Partners with Site LT on Prioritization of the investments.

    TS partnership to ensure appropriate resourcing to deliver on time / budget.Responsible for the aCAR process; Develops Business case in collaboration with business functions.

    Owns Delivery of technology capabilities, drives Speed to Value and Agile adoption. Understands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements.

    Owns BP / LRFP for the site; provides timely input to Segment MAKE PL & BTLsFinancial Management : Drive opportunities for cost optimization and partner withFinance to refine all financial tracking and management processesOwns all financial aspects of the portfolio management.

    Accountable for TCO for Product & Services (Plant JJT MAKE TCO)Drives Overall technology Cost Optimization.SPOC for Site Finance team to ensure accurate budgeting for technology plant costs.

  • E2E Operational Plant TechnologyOwnership Products & Processes : Accountablefor technology Operational efficiencies, ensuring reliable cost-efficientenvironment.
  • Drives Continuous improvements, delivering on financialcommitments.Reliability RCA (True RCA & SLA), Incident management, MTTR, trending & insightsCybersecurity ISRM / TLM addressing technology debt.

    Audit / Quality / Compliance support / adherenceOverall MAKE Site / Product critical metric accountabilityTier 3 Site oversight direction, partnership with TS on operational aspectsProduct catalog & Site factbookAdherence to the SLAs for issues resolution, product availability, business alignmentTalent Management : Drive people development activities and developing leadersacross J&J, ensuring focus on Diversity & Inclusion and continuousupdating organization skills / knowledge profile.

    Proactively lead talent, set goals and objectives, establish and implement development plans, develop and execute compensation plans, mentor staff on performance issues, support career plans, and establish succession plans.

    Ensure team is optimally trained to efficiently deliver the work.QualificationsExperienceand EducationA Bachelor’s Degree is required10+ years of experience with proven leadership in Technology and 6 years of working experience in manufacturing.

    Knowledge in pharmaceutical, medical devices, and consumer industry preferred,Deep understanding of business drivers / processes and capability to relate priorities to associated technology investments is required.

    Experience in leading-edge, end-to-end supply chain and emerging information technologies is preferredExperience in lean, six sigma, and business process mapping is preferredSignificant experience working across multiple levels of an organization, knowledge of trends (e.

    g., digital, data & analytics) is requiredCan build context around key business drivers and strategic plan and present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly languageProven ability to construct a business case and supervise benefits realizationConsistent record of delivering operational efficiencies and financial commitments.

    A track record of large program delivery is a must. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, knowledge of healthcare, compliance, business theory, management, budgeting and business office operations are all highly preferred.

  • Expertise in helping to drive adoption to improve business value through information technologyExperience in directly leading people and / or virtual teamsAbility to run high level of complexity and efficiently handle multiple critical issues simultaneously;
