The CRM coordinator will be a part of the CRM EMEA team, responsible for all direct-to-consumer commercial communication.

The CRM team mission is to implement, expand, and optimize the consumer journey, while driving traffic to both our online and offline stores.

In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing life-cycle email campaigns, and app-push messages across all European countries, optimizing customer engagement and retention.

The CRM coordinator will have an eye for details when implementing new initiatives and an analytical mind when optimizing campaigns.

You will ensure the highest click-through and conversion rate for our triggered campaigns, while following our brand guidelines to excite our customer base.

In this role you will challenge the norm by searching for new, innovative approaches and continue to build engagement with our customer base through segmentation and relevant experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and executing life-cycle emails and app-push campaigns across European countries for Foot Locker Europe and Sidestep
  • Develop & optimize our CRM consumer journey by launching new marketing initiatives to both email and app-push channels
  • Work closely with the Associate CRM Campaign Manager to ensure a strong content & campaign strategy when executing campaigns
  • Work closely with Digital merchandise team to support sell-through of hot-sneaker launches by planning app-messages to our app user base
  • Monitor and report campaigns to measure the effectiveness of CRM efforts and ensuring weekly channel forecasts are met
  • Responsible for the app messages A / B test roadmap, identifying new app initiatives to increase engagement with our user base
  • Monitor effectiveness and deliverability of life-cycle and newsletter campaigns to raise concerns and potential technical issues
  • Collaborate with the larger Digital Marketing team to synchronize seasonal campaigns across different online marketing channels
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or similar experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in CRM
  • Previous experience in executing digital campaigns
  • Previous knowledge of CRM and email related KPIs
  • Passion in sneaker culture and up to date on latest sneaker trends
  • Analytical mind with an eye for details
  • Able to work as part of a team and coordinate activities with other departments in an engaging way / no silo mentality
  • Ability to work under time and results pressure, tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. Additional language skills are an advantage
