A (Senior) Grading / Levelling Specialist in the Broad Based Reward team, within the Global HR (GHR) Community of Expertise Performance and Reward.
Performance and Reward consists of eight key areas : Performance Management, Equity Rewards, Executive Rewards, Broad Based Reward, Remuneration and Regulations, International Mobility, Pension and Benefits and Change Lead.
This is a particularly exciting time to join as GHR is implementing its HR Target Operating Model (HR TOM) supported by a new Global HR IT solution (WorkDay).
As part of HR TOM, Global Communities of Expertise (CoEs) are created and you can be part of this challenging journey.
ING is currently introducing a Global Job Architecture (GJA) which will enable ING to have a common understanding of jobs and the respective levels across the entire global organization.
ING uses for this the methodology of KornFerry Hay.
You will join ING in the transitional phase of GJA from a project into a run-activity which means you will be responsible for having GJA implemented in all countries, conducting impact analysis but also ensuring that all calibrations of different jobs are performed and that jobs are levelled in a consistent way before Go-Live of GJA in December.
As of Go-Live you will be the contact person for all questions around the GJA, whenever a new job is created you will either advise which job profile of the GJA is appropriate or you will create a new job profile and level it.
For this you will also conduct interviews with HR and the respective business and always ensure that the consistency across the business and across the countries is given.
As part of the run-activity you will keep the GJA up to date, which includes yearly reviews of the content especially under consideration of any business changes which happened, e.
g. financial measures, restructuring activities or strategic changes.
Together with other parts of HR you will drive the integration of GJA into all other HR processes with the aim to leverage the benefits of GJA as far as possible.
With GJA ING will have powerful data at hand which you will analyse to provide insightful results and stories to different stakeholders.
As the Broad Based Reward team is a small one we would expect you to also contribute to the compensation part of the team when and where appropriate.
Your work environment
You will be working in Amsterdam or as a Virtual STA, within Global HR, the Performance & Reward team. This is a flexible working environment, where all Communities of Expertise are working together to deliver on the HR strategy and implementation.
