Employment agency Manpower is lookingfor French-speaking customer service specialists for Dow inTerneuzen.

Being a customer servicespecialist at Dow requires you to have knowledge of all theproducts, business and service offerings at Dow.

This allows you toestablish customer relationships and provide them suitable andcost-effective solutions for any problems they may have.

You willwork alongside various Dow functions, including Supply Chain andMarketing & Sales, to achieve great results and maintainoptimal service levels.

During an average working day, you canexpect to perform the following tasks :

  • Maintaining service levels
  • Determining commercial strategies with customers whiledifferentiating between customer requirements and Dowcapabilities
  • Executing the order entry processand leading the order fulfilment process
  • Coordinating activities for customer accounts
  • Analysing customer needs and gathering marketintelligence
  • Following up on orders andguiding these through the Supply Chain partners to ensure customersatisfaction
  • What’sin it for you?

  • Gross salarybetween €2,600 and €3,200 per month
  • Pensionaccrual through Manpower after 26 weeks of work
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses at €0.19 per kilometre,plus full reimbursement of Westerschelde tunnel expenses
  • Full-time job of 40 hours a week
  • Fixed term Manpower contract at Dow
  • Free access to Manpower's E-learning platform Studytubeand in-person training at Dow when you start your newjob
  • For this position we provide aninternational hiring package, which makes it easier for you torelocate and settle in the Netherlands and reimburse specificcosts :

  • Reimbursement ofyour flight ticket (if applicable) for the job interview and forrelocation if you are start working for Dow
  • Reimbursement of travel costs by car or public transportfrom the airport to Terneuzen and back, based on a €0.19 perkilometre rate
  • For a new hire : the first sixweeks of employment you can stay in a hotel
  • Arelocation fee to be paid after three months
  • Functie-eisen

  • A Bachelor’s degree or EQF level 6 (orhigher)
  • An excellent command of English andFrench (at least C1 level according to the Common EuropeanFramework of Reference for Languages), due to contact with Englishand French speaking shareholders
  • Availabilityof 40 hours per week
  • Ability to work with newtools and technologies
  • A Dutch work permitthat is valid for at least nine months or EU-citizenship
  • A certificate of conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag orVOG) that shows you don’t have a criminal record
  • Experience in customer service or with SAP and / or CRM ispreferred but not mandatory
  • If you live in or near Hoek, Goes, Middelburg orTerneuzen you will have a considerably shorter commute to work, butthis is not a requirement! As an applicant we are looking for goodcommunication skills, persistence and an eye fordetails.
