Vifor Pharma Benelux is looking for an administrative professional to join our Medical Affairs Department in the Breda office.
As the medical & patient access assistant, you will report to the Medical Director Benelux and be responsible for the administrative tasks for the department.
You will process and management documents related to contracts, transparency management and third party engagement requests.
Additionally Your tasks and responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to :
Coordinate travel arrangement and accommodation
Arrange of Advisory Boards
Contract management to include preparation of contraction, signature collection, contract review and approval as well as filing
Track and document all transfer of values to health care professional (HCPs) and Health Care Organizations (HCOs), based on contracts and payments
Prepare internal and external (local authorities) Transparency reports
Coordinate the sending information / consent letters to all HCPs / HCOs involved
Transfer of Transparency reports into local external Transparency databases
Coordinate the completion of third party engagement request forms with HQ for all vendors
Book purchase orders, good receipts for HCP / HCO, with the provided quotes and timelines in SAP
Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Act as a back-up to the office manager and business unit assistants
For this role, we are looking for an experienced administrative professional with the following qualifications, background and experience :
Minimum of three years’ experience in in administration in a complex and highly regulated business environment
Knowledge of Mdeon, compliance and of the transparency register would be advantageous
Experience from within the pharmaceutical industry would also be an advantage
Experience working with a matrix organization
Demonstrated experience with the MS Office suite
Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with SAP
Fluency in both Dutch and English is required
