Support the transactional business of the Sales team by raising quotes and processing orders and RMA using our internal database system
Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer call backs
Keep and maintain consistent and accurate records in the database following customer contact
Handle all general and order specific customer enquiries within the account base, ensuring accuracy and orders shipped on time.
Liaising with EMEA Operation team to ensure accurate lead times and delivery schedules are communicated to customers.
Maintain a high level of inter departmental and customer / supplier communication
Provide administrative support to Sales team as required
Any other function as deemed necessary by the Management Team
Temporary position until February 2020
Fluent proficiency in English and preferably Dutch, German or French - Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset -
Experience with Microsoft Office, Dynamics AX a plus! - Available as of September 1st, 2019 for minimum of 6 months - Fulltime (32 hours optional)

You will be responsible for several day-to-day tasks, such as order processing, customer enquiries and coordination of lead-
and delivery times. Moreover you will be supporting the Sales team and maintain a close relationship to your customers and suppliers to ensure an outstanding process and service.
