Why we need you

Our Sales Team is on the forefront of driving Lepaya’s accelerated growth. To ensure the team is achieving its revenue targets and business priorities, we’re looking for a Sales Analyst rockstar.

You’ll be in charge of driving and controlling sales operations and the implementation of Lepaya’s Go-To-Market strategies across all regions.

You’ll be the brain behind growth initiatives and help our business leader to make the right decisions at the right time.

Your simple and lean operational processes and guidelines will enable the team to work efficiently and (over-)achieve their targets each quarter.

What you’ll achieve in your first year

  • Implementation of standard processes and systems
  • Control and analysis of pipeline data and movement
  • Implementation of GTM guidance and rules throughout the year
  • Creation of forecast models and long range planning processes to identify business issues
  • Design of growth initiatives
  • What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of work experience in a consulting or business analyst role
  • Experience with complex sales models
  • Proactive self starter with the ability and willingness to take ownership
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems
