Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

become an expert in our Strategic Pricing CoE team and make a change within our Health Systems business. As our Pricing Lead (m / f / d) Circular & Customer Lifecycle your activities are fully focused on creating, owning and constantly optimizing a best in class pricing process for our Circular & Customer Lifecycle (CCL) business.

You enable the market to fulfill the Philips CCL goal by active trade-in of all Health Systems equipment and products from the current customer installed base.

Through your strategy

  • the customer lifetime value will be maximized.
  • long-term planning of our customers’ value of solutions / assets will be improved.
  • seamless customer upgrades are possible.
  • You are responsible for

  • Being the owner of our CCL pricing strategy
  • Creating a harmonized CCL business strategy across all business clusters
  • Leading our trade-in simplification project, together with the Philips sustainability team and current trade-in pricing team
  • Working with our NPI2CASH team to make sure everything our CCL business has, can be easily offered to our customers
  • Teaming up with our Pricing Lead Solutions in order to create solutions with a lifecycle view
  • Enhancing the full customer experience by leveraging Philips strength in uptime management, cyber-security, professional services, consultancy, supplies, consumables, upgrades, upsell and up-trade offer
  • Working closely with the business development team, the portfolio marketing team, the product marketing team as well as the internal and external communications teams
  • Leading Problem Solving and pricing Kaizen projects (using methodologies such as LEAN, Kaizen and PRIDE)
  • You are a part of

    our global Strategic Pricing CoE team. Together with our team of pricing experts, you make a change by lifting Philips Health Systems pricing strategy to the next level.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or Finance
  • 5+ years of consistent experience in marketing, analysis and / or pricing
  • Good understanding of trade-in business, ideally in the medical technology environment
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and ability to detect defects which prevents optimal pricing and profitability
  • Business acumen with effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to mobilize people without reverting to an authoritarian management style
  • Customer centric, consultative style of management and the ability to assess a situation from different perspectives
  • Proactive Individual, with a fanatical attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Tenacity to overcome challenges and ensure timely completion of improvement initiatives
  • Business fluent in English
