edge HR technology. You will serve as the bridge between your company and the company’s most valued clients, so this means your main goal is to build outstanding relationships.
Next to that, your personal goals are to increase adoption rate and retention, review key-customers regularly, translate customer feedback into the internal organization and grow lifetime value by delivering top-
notch service.In this role you will report directly into the Chief Commercial Officer, who is responsible for the global commercial strategy of this hypergrowth SaaS startup.
What you bring to the table- A higher education, BA or MA degree- You have at least 3 years of Customer Success experience (SaaS)-
You have experience in the HR industry- Fluency in English and DutchWhat’s in it for you?- An annual base salary up / to €60k-
