Role Responsibilities :
Formulating and maintaining best practise recommendations by vertical / jurisdiction.
Research relating to strategic verticals and geographies
Research relating to regulatory and compliance standards
Research relating to improved fulfilment methods via alternative sources.
Assist in providing content for Quarterly Business Review to regional leaders demonstrating usage, success and improvement opportunities across strategic products, verticals and / jurisdictions.
Presenting enhancement requests to the Global Services Support team for GLB products
Partnering with the Product organisation to support requirements
Manage and maintain internal and external relationships pertaining to core in market products / services
Skill Set :
Strong analytical skills
Experience in building and presenting business cases & project plans
Excellent knowledge of background screening and identity services industry.
Entrepreneurial & big vision mindset
Ability to build and foster meaningful relationships with Sales and Client Success teams to achieve YOY revenue growth in primary vertical markets and emerging geographies.
Knowledge of best practices and compliant recommendations
Ability to negotiate and prioritize with internal and external stakeholders
