Join our Strategic Partnerships team and bring the most exciting tours and activities to the largest online travel companies worldwide and be part of the fastest growing segment in the travel industry.

Our B2B business is a key growth area at TUI Musement, and you will have a great opportunity to grow in this role.


  • Build deep relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders at named strategic accounts to drive growth.
  • Actively hunt and farm strategic partners across key industry verticals.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to define the Commercial Strategy and drive additional sales through additional products, geos & verticals.
  • Work with peers in supply / content, tech / product, finance & legal and operations to translate partner requirements into deliverables.
  • Drive internal & partner facing communication (business reporting, updates, coordinating PR, etc).
  • Manage contracting, invoicing & all commercial activities.
  • Develop your network in the industry & market, including representing TUI Musement in key industry conferences and events.
  • Help drive the strategy of the B2B partnerships team by being part of the Senior Leadership team.

  • At least 8+ years of experience in a Sales, Account Management or Business development role.
  • Preferably have strong experience in Online travel with a B2B distribution or supply management background.
  • Preferably have good knowledge of the Tours and Activities competitive landscape and a strong network of contacts.
  • You have experience managing large travel partners and can independently manage and grow large accounts.
  • Clear bias for action and have a proven track record of partner advocacy to deliver business results.
  • Seamlessly work at a strategic level but also happy to roll up your sleeves, analyse data and work with operational teams to drive business outcomes.
  • TUI Musement is a leading Tours & Activities business. It combines a scalable digital platform with local service delivery, to offer excursions, activities, tickets and transfers in more than 50 countries worldwide.

    There are over 130,000 things to do’ in all major holiday and city destinations, which are distributed through B2B partners, via the Musement and TUI websites and direct to TUI customers.

    We also offer services to cruise lines through Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in ports worldwide. TUI Musement sold around 10 million excursions, tours and activities delivered by our international colleagues located around the world and is one of the major growth areas of TUI Group.

    In 2018, TUI’s Tours & Activities division acquired Musement, a leading traveltech start-up.
