For our RB team in our Diemen office , we’re looking for an

The RB Advanced Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and integrating key business insights across multifunctional teams in order to craft local, regional and global business strategy for the Health / HY / HO business unit.

This leader will both ask and answer different and difficult questions, inspire and support partnership and integration, contribute to internal work streams and initiatives, and drive strategic thinking using internal and external data and insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Typical duties will include but are not limited to the following :

  • Business Unit Strategy & Insights Facilitate understanding and lead thinking around RB Health / HYHO growth philosophy to inform both annual and long-
  • term planning. Leverages MMx data to craft above-market insights deliveries & white papers that substantially impact key performance metrics.

    Topics including, but not limited to : Total RB Health / HY / HO performance Local, regional or global performance Media performance Pricing & promotion Competitive landscape and benchmarking

  • MMx Programme Coordination and support Ensures that Health / HY / HO MMx studies are conducted in compliance to RB MMx delivery standards, expectations & ways of working.
  • Identify, align and deploy Best-In-Class case studies and research outcomes. Provide analytic and above-market expertise to support and strengthen local market MMx deliveries.

    Participate in MMx deliveries as an industry-expert’ when needed. Deliver and support MMx results integration into Nielsen RB teams, particularly CS and Innovation.

    Support internal / external training and development initiatives. Support Business Performance Improvement (BPI) initiatives.

    WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • 10+ years experience in strategy development, insights development, and analytic roles.
  • FMCG industry expertise
  • Excellent decision-making, judgment, and top-down, hypotheses-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to take complex information and translate into clear and commercial packaging that is influential and persuasive.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across large cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in business intelligence and performance analytics (e.g, MMM, PnP, Assortment)
  • Experience translating insights, ideas, and data into customer value.
  • Working knowledge of global media and retailer landscapes.
  • Understanding of go-to-market activities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce
