Supermicro is seeking for a Safety Manager, who will be have a crucial role in the further development and implementation of a high-quality safety policy at our company.
With your driven and pragmatic attitude, you ensure, in cooperation with management, a safety culture in which our employees can perform their duties in a safe manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

You will implement and lead the EHS / SERT Management operations in line with the global EHS / SERT Management Strategy
You will have the overall accountability to lead EHS / SERT organization in the company, which allows all employees and guests to work in a safe, innovative and efficient environment that respects relevant local laws and regulations, corporate policies
You advise and support management with implementation of the EHS / SERT management regarding the well-being of employees, occupational safety, health protection, psychosocial aspects, ergonomics, occupational hygiene and embellishment of workplaces
You have the ability to look for pragmatic safety solutions in consultation with management and adjust procedures if necessary
Drawing up and monitoring the RI&E (Risk Inventory and Evaluation), implementing and improvement plans
You have the rights skills to manage and perform risk assessments and to work proactive to avoid risk situations
You know how to investigate incidents, report and take next steps to prevent recurrence and unsafe situations
You can manage, maintain and support emergency plans and first aid
Working with ISO team on ISO14001 regulation
Demonstrate an ability to conduct and present Executive Briefing as required, lead working groups and collaborate with all internal and external customers alike
Must have strong time management, organizational skills along with an ability to prioritize and adapt while working effectively as an individual contributor and or in a team based setting
Must perform critical thinking routines to assess a situation holistically to understand all aspects of a situation
Proven track record of successful project formulation and delivery, with an attitude of continuous improvement
You have at least a completed higher professional education and diploma of higher safety expert (HVK)
You have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Health, Safety & Environment experience in a similar job in an international organization
You are an expert in the full breadth of working conditions, environment and safety standards, systems and standards
You have Leadership skills : Ability to shape culture, sense of belonging, motivate a large group of people to work towards a common set of goals
You have the ability to manage a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team being a coach and people leader
Excellent in the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
