Job description

In this position, you will be responsible for :

Purpose & Pride

  • Build an engaging culture that underpins our growth
  • Support line management in creating high-performance teams by bringing right people on right place and make sure line management is leveraging HR
  • Centre and HRS processes to their full potential
  • Embed the WIN WIN Mindset & Behaviour in your population through display and coaching of leadership behaviours, communications, interventions (global and local) and training
  • Extract key insights from Over2You and pulse surveys, and develop and deploy action plans at management team level
  • Maintain relationships with staff representative bodies (if applicable), and execute industrial relations plans as required

  • Support the BG / Department / OpCo / SC Cluster / Business Area to achieve its goals by resourcing, assessing and coaching against the highest capability standards as defined by the HRD and global functions
  • Perform in depth gap / risk analysis, define and implement actions
  • Apply the standards to win in the market for required experience, knowledge & skills
  • Lean in to global programmes and deploy, and supplement locally for local needs

  • Work closely with the line manager(s) to ensure that the total organisation is suitably organised, and operating within financial guidelines and benchmarks
  • Drive organisational effectiveness : rightsizing, delayering, spans of control, FTE management against the standards as defined by the HRD
  • Act as the change leader or enabler with respect to local change & transformation programmes & projects
  • Enable change of projects and programmes, ensuring on time, in full’ delivery of performance outcomes
  • Performance through People

  • Talent Execution of aligned strategic talent priorities
  • Work with senior line managers to build succession plans that recruit, grow and develop talent and conclude on ways to develop talents structurally within the organisation
  • Ascertain resourcing needs and deploy a well-structured and professional approach to talent acquisition
  • Lead the deployment of the performance management process and ensure the discipline that underpins a performance culture
  • Ensure the right structures and use of available development and training of all employees based on their needs and requirements
  • Ensure talent data in HoRizon accurately reflects the view of the line manager and business, such that it can be responsibly shared in the interests of career growth and opportunity in light of business need
  • Participate in internal mobility meetings in order to support internal development of talents over the total RFC organisation
  • Reward

  • Understand what reward strategies to deploy for the most effective impact
  • Ensure the compliant application of Reward frameworks and policies
  • Inspirational Leadership

  • Leadership Team Coach and challenge the leadership team(s) to continuously build a high performing, and aligned team. Be the HR co-
  • pilot for the line manager(s), supporting them proactively on people and organisation-related challenge.

  • HR Leadership Contribute fully to the development and continuous improvement of the HR function
  • Liaise effectively with the global CoE, Global Centre and Country HR Services for specialist advice & servicesEnable a seamless support for line managers
  • Work with HR colleagues to develop and apply compliant and sustainable solutions to issues and challenges
  • Contribute fully and proactively to the HR functionContribute to the creation of FrieslandCampina HR policies, processes and procedures when consulted, and share feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to dialogue and community groups to share best practice
  • Contribute to business group / functional dashboards to maintain progress on key deliverables

    To be a successful in this position, you are / have :

  • Degree or Masters qualified
  • Fluent in English
  • More than 9 years in relevant FMCG HR position with demonstrated record of achievement
  • Good understanding of the HR environment and local HR practices
  • Industrial relations and labour law (depending on context)
