Responsibilities : Recruitment : Key executor for the internship recruitment program for R&D Training : Coordinate training programs and improve training process Internal communication : Creating weekly and bi-weekly newsletter for the R&D team Others : Support HRBP on other people and performance activities such as engagement and onboarding During your assignment you will be part of the IHQ People and Performance Team.

Job requirements : Relevant Bachelor or Master (e.g. Human Resources, Business, General Management, Communication) You should have good communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus!) Working experience in a relevant industry is advantageous You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
