With the new Treasury Management System implementation you will support and facilitate in all day-to-day Treasury tasks such as cash management, cash flow forecasting, cash development, liquidity requirements, etc.

across our portfolio as well as provide analysis on the cash position. You will work closely with other Treasury teams as well as various business partners within Finance and Operations.

What will you be doing to make that happen?

  • Organize and execute payments on a (bi) weekly basis for all entities;
  • Download and code bank-statements for Accounts Receivable team, Accounts Payable team and General Legder team for all entities;
  • Monitor cash balances and liquidity requirements;
  • Follow up with business stakeholders to refine timing and accuracy of indicated cash requirements;
  • Prepare cash flow projections and reporting;
  • Organize, execute, administer and document intercompany funding;
  • Pro-actively identify weaknesses and propose improvements to the current cash flow forecasting processes;
  • Maintain relationships with cash management banks, solving account issues and queries, such as opening new bank accounts and audit requirements.
  • Background :

  • Have a Master degree in economics or business administration and 1-3 years of relevant work experience in treasury / finance roles;
  • You are an Excel and data management wizard many say they are great at Excel, fewer truly are;
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail;
  • Knowledge about interest rate swaps, bank loans, interests calculations, banks payments’ processes experience and / or forecasting is a plus;
  • Fluency in English is essential. Other languages such as Spanish, Italian, French and Dutch are a strong advantage;
  • Multi-tasker, problem solving mind-set with a can-do attitude and ability to work with deadlines with little supervision;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
