This is where you come in. We are looking for a seasoned, creative and digitally driven Marketing Manager for Italian market.
At Netflix we marry the most advanced and sophisticated digital marketing techniques, encouraging data informed decisions, with outstanding creative approaches in order to drive interest on our titles.
For this reason we are looking for a curious, informed and creative marketeer able to embrace both the art and science of the marketing craft.
We want fans of entertainment able to share their love and passion for our content to a wide range of consumers.The role will require a great deal of independence as the candidate will drive the full campaign process on selected Netflix titles.
From insighting, to creative development, passing from agencies relation, execution and budget management. The candidates also is required to have knowledge and experience on how to run a successful engagement model on social channels (both owned and earned) understanding how to drive successfully socially driven campaigns aimed to built interest and conversation around our titles.
The candidate will need to be a natural communicator enabling him / her to navigate a cross functional team and build partnerships with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally.
Develop and lead local campaigns to drive brand awareness and fandom in Italy, helping position Netflix and its titles as locally relevant and loved
Lead local extensions of global campaigns, working on special projects (stunts, guerrilla, content, digital innovation) that increase the relevance of title promotion in Italy
Sustain relation with our creative agencies partners and stakeholders in order to drive the most compelling and buzz worthy campaigns
Be a true fan of entertainment and Netflix content and infuse this fandom in every projects.
Senior marketing experience in the local market (entertainment, motion pictures and film, tech or lifestyle consumer brands)
Fluency in verbal and written English and Italian is a must have requirement for this role
A curious creative mind, with a experience in disruptive messaging and campaigns that generate social buzz to help Netflix establish and sustain meaningful connections with audiences across Italy
Experience developing marketing multilayered campaigns from scratch including creative positioning, audience identification, media strategy and launch roadmaps.
Flexible and adaptive. The candidate will need to be proactive and drive the campaigns with an entrepreneurial mentality.
A proven track record of executions excellence of multiple campaigns
Someone who can play with Netflix content and our brand to create impactful word of mouth within the right audience with the right message.
Ability to lead, create and execute campaigns autonomously. Owning the relation with agencies and managing budgets.
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team.
Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from colleagues
