General Purpose :

In your role as Manager Performance Media (Paid Social & Display) at adidas, you are part of a team of a defined Performance Marketing practice within our Global Digital Sales organisation and constantly drive opportunities for growth, best practices, and the implementation of new tools.

You contribute to the provision of best-in-class services around your performance media discipline. Your analysis thus drives the reach of adidas and contributing to marketing spent optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

Scope : Lead and Accountable for Global Paid Social & Display deliverable

Traffic Strategy & Innovation :

  • Be an active part in the development of necessary capabilities that the company needs to meet current and future traffic growth plans through Paid Social & Display , e.
  • g. cutting edge tools, innovative partnerships.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities and derive conclusions for the growth and optimization of adidas digital activities.
  • Traffic Analysis :

  • Measure results of channel specific traffic generation activities. Utilize a reporting framework to evaluate dimensions such as awareness, engagement, conversions and purchasing behavior.
  • Connect to the markets help optimize the relevant channels and gather insights about adidas ecommerce performance.
  • Prepare and share your findings with stakeholders across the organization in the form of channel forecasts, business cases and post mortems.
  • Implement new opportunities to drive growth through traffic optimization.
  • Collaboration & Consulting :

  • Be able to explain the impact of traffic on business objectives.
  • Work with BUs and markets in the optimization of traffic by using data analysis, providing training and sustaining ongoing communication.
  • Work cross-functionally with product domains, Digital teams to create synergies, address opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Build on quantitative analysis to develop insights for the communication with stakeholders.
  • Best Practices & Toolsets :

  • Implement and utilize best practice toolsets and frameworks that allow continuous optimization of organic and paid media traffic.
  • Experience & Education :

  • Demonstrable experience in Performance Media (specifically paid social & display), in-house or at a leading performance agency
  • Ability to leverage analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth and efficiencies
  • Project Management, handling multiple accounts across various platforms and accounts
  • Ability to efficiently work in a cross-functional organization, ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for performance marketing and driving growth
  • Experience in a global eCommerce environment is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
