Market Access Manager

Location : Netherlands

In the role of Market Access Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a strategy to gain successful access for the current and future product portfolio in the Benelux area.

You will look for innovative solutions with stakeholders to improve patient health.

Main areas of responsibility :

You will develop and implement market access strategies to demonstrate the value of the product portfolio. This includes the development of pricing and negotiation strategies.

By engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders (payers, patient organizations, important clinics) you will secure broad patient access of the current and new products.

You will have an in-depth knowledge of the Dutch and Belgium healthcare landscape and you are to engage with customers using the latest health economic tools and approaches.

You will anticipate changes in the market and are able to analyze relevant information. You are capable to influence decision-making with strong argumentation.

You have a leading role in the area of pricing, for existing and new products. You have experience in pathway re-design, putting the patient at the center of the conversation and looking at solutions from the patient's and clinician's perspective.

You are highly communicative and able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required :

  • An MSc degree in biomedical, health sciences and / or health economics.
  • Broad knowledge of the Dutch & Belgium healthcare systems
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales and market access role
  • The ability to maintain helicopter view and work in different domains under time pressure
  • Effectively build and manage strong relationships, with both external and internal customers
  • Proven track-record of developing impactful business partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Teamplayer
  • Fluent in Dutch and English and preferably French
