I2M Excellence Leader / BT Leader
We are currently looking for a I2M Excellence Leader / BT Leader to give direction and leads complex, integral programs which are essential to Philips' BU’s dealing with other BU’s and Knowledge Centres inside and outside Philips.
PMO / Business Transformation & I2M excellence leader responsibilities include :
Driving the I2M transformation program and all it’s workstreams
Structure / governance / dashboarding + connection Innovation 2025 (link with the central teams CTO / CAO / CoEs)
Manage the I2M transformation as the PH Innovation PMO (central budget ownership)
Translating the I2M transformation into upgraded I2M excellence program (QMS / Processes / Systems / Tools) including :
Drive the deployment to the businesses
Represent the business needs into the central committees
Support the definition of the China L4L QMS / PEPF / PDLM variants to drive speed / cost
Supporting the workstream leaders towards PIL / HSDP / PInS to secure the E2E architecture
Being prime point of content to I&S Transformation program leader (Nico Jonkers) to define the alignment on Innovation 2025 and pick up the deployment of the Innovation 2025 program for PH and where applicable take the lead for the implementation of such program tile’
You are a part of
A small leadership team inspiring change that cuts across key functions. This team comprises leaders from Design, Innovation, Marketing and Procurement.
In addition, you will have some project management support. The team is pro-active and fully engaged with driving this change in Philips.
The current workstreams are a collaboration distributed across functions and businesses. The program is fully supported and endorsed by Personal Health Leadership.
You will report to the to PH Innovation Cluster Leader, Nico Jonkers.

A scalable cyber secure / GDPR compliant and Medical ready System architecture (SW / HW platforms)
