The HR Assistant supports the People and Organisation team, with a focus on HR administration related tasks.
Accurate administration of various HC process and procedures
Take care of all paperwork administration for new employees
Understanding of HR administration
Ability to complete tasks independently, be organised, prioritise when given a variety of tasks and develop processes and procedures.
Min. Bachelor degree
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with (international) salary administration and good with numbers.
Experienced in working in an international organisation.
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written & spoken English with professional level German. Dutch speaking is a plus.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving / judgement skills - Demonstrates analytical thinking
High level of attention to detail, precise and accurate.
Pro-active operating style, forward thinking, multi tasking
High level of discretion. Please note : We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a support role and someone who has a long term commitment.
This role is full-time, 40 hours per week.
Location : Rotterdam Centraal.
