M365 Senior Consultant / Collaboration

Remote role, hiring location : Bulgaria / Romania


Working in a team environment, the M365 Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing technology consulting and project support to external customers and internal project teams.

The Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support in the creation and delivery of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses.

The M365 Senior Consultant may provide support during the design, implementation and support phase of a project to ensure the project’s success.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting to customers, implementing solution architecture
  • Ability to support SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerApps and Power Automate projects with detailed knowledge.
  • Ability to deliver predefined work packages to internal and external customers in high quality that meet the requirements.
  • Ability to independently complete solution implementation or application design deliverables.
  • Ability to learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in cloud and mobility.
  • Ability to implement and test process automation solutions with Power Platform
  • Ability to design processes and solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Forms
  • Ability to analyse big data sets for data assessments in migration scenarios (e.g. Tenant-to-tenant migration, Cloud migrations, file server migrations)
  • Role Expectations

  • Ensure team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of project.
  • Must obtain and maintain vendor certifications.
  • Experience and desire to work in a technology consulting environment.

    What we need to see from you

    Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 3+ years of experience in a Systems Integrator or within a large organisation (>
  • 2000 users) implementing complex Microsoft 365 Collaboration (SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerApps, Power Automate, Forms) solutions.

  • 3+ years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery or technical support role.
  • Must to be certified or working towards Microsoft Office 365 through 70-346 : Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements and 70-347 : Enabling Office 365 Services and 70-301 Managing SharePoint Server Hybrid and 70-339 Managing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016 .
  • Advanced knowledge in one and good knowledge in at least two in the following products and technology areas :
  • PowerApps
  • Power Automate
  • Teams
  • Information management
  • Mobility and WAN
  • Identity management
  • Desirable skills to have experience around the following :
  • Teams
  • Azure Functions
  • Solid problem-solving skills required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong business acumen.
