National Sales Director Netherlands
Maxeon’s Distributed Generation Division is looking for a National Sales Director to lead and further develop its distributed generation business in the Netherlands.
Maxeon has developed a strong business selling through a network of dealers in the Netherlands, and the National Sales Director’s focus will be to lead this business and develop appropriate channels to further grow the business.
This role will suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment. Maxeon is seeking an individual with experience in electrical distribution market and highly prefers experience selling premium products.
Knowledge of and experience in the solar industry is highly preferred. The candidate will need to have the vision and experience to manage senior level business relationships in the Netherlands and cooperate with peers leading similar businesses throughout the European territory.
Strong interpersonal and internal coordination skills will be required to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. The National Sales director will lead the sales team in the Netherlands, be home-based and will report directly to the Senior Director and General Manager for Distributed Generation EMEA.
Sales back-office and other support functions are based in Lyon, France, where occasional coordination meetings will be held.
