About the Role :
In this role you will manage the customer experience for Qatar Airways Cargo clients in the Nordics and Baltic from our Amsterdam office.
You will provide best in class interaction with customers on quires and requests covering broad range of customer needs.
You will manage and support the Customer Service Team to ensure Qatar Airways Cargo core values of customer service are provided consistently.
You will also review and provide market rates, analyze market trends, historic information and industry benchmark.
You will enhance the customer experience for the cargo accounts across the region from acceptance point until final delivery.
You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient service is provided at all times and will pro-
actively resolve potential or current issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will promote additional cargo services available within the QR portfolio which adds value to the client and increases revenue and will be producing performance reports on accounts on a weekly and monthly basis and identifying areas of improvement in conjunction with other stakeholders.
